Holy gee wiz, my latest studio craze has been working with chunky chains! I absolutely love the look. I've styled this look with tee's, dresses, even a collared shirt! It is a very versatile piece!
The chain is a THICK 5.3mm sterling box chain, the toggle clasp hangs in front with the pendant (my favorite detail), the LOOONG oval turquoise is a lovely shade of THE OCEAN. :) Seriously it looks like the coast in NorCal. It is wrapped with a thick rope sterling wire. The chain is 15" and has some significant weight.
Pricing my work is THEE HARDEST part of this job. The price of the sterling chain, toggle, soldering of rings and the time to polish, is overwhelming the bulk of the cost of this necklace.
