The cuff size measures 5 1/4" with a 1" gap, for a total width of 6 1/4". The gap allows cuff to easily be put on and taken off the wrist with minimal adjusting. Once on, simply cinch the cuff to the wrist by applying equal pressure to both sizes of the bracelet towards the ends. *Note that the cuff should be adjusted very minimally and with equal pressure at the ends of the cuff near the opening. Do not pull open one leg of the cuff, as true with any metal that is bent back and forth can develop a weak spot and eventually break. To keep your jewelry in the best condition minimize bending in the middle.

Sizing: measure your wrist either with a measuring tape or with string. Measure against the skin with no gaps or looseness. These cuffs are meant to be worn snug, but not tight. If worn intentionally loose, the cuff could fall off.

XS: wrist sizes 4 1/2 to 5"

S: wrist sizes 4 3/4" to 5 1/4"

S/M: wrist sizes 5 1/4 to 5 3/4"

M: wrist sizes 5 3/4" to 6 1/4"

L: wrist sizes 6 1/4 to 6 3/4"

XL: wrist sizes 6 3/4" to 7 1/4"
