FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Resizing: Some rings can be sized up about half a size, please inquire before purchasing to ensure it can be done. If it has a band that can be sized up the band will have a hammered texture. Rings cannot be sized down

Gold Rings: I currently do not create full gold settings. If a ring has a gold band it is mixed metal, meaning the setting is sterling silver and only the band is gold.

Customs: I do accept customs. I offer customs in my designs and with the stones I currently have in stock. Shopping for stones that I do not currently have can take months to find, so much time can be spent researching reputable stone sellers and since this is a one woman ran shop I do not have the bandwidth to spend hours on this task.

With that said I often have new stones coming in on a monthly basis- so please feel free to inquire.

I do not work with Diamonds or faceted stones.

Repairs: Should you have any issues with jewelry breaking or coming apart don't hesitate to contact me. Where there is evidence of insufficient fabrication on a piece I will repair for free. If the piece appears to have been damaged (I will never sell a damaged piece BTW), the policy will be voided. However I will repair for a fee + inflated cost of materials.

What is exempt from free repairs will be any piece that you adjust- such as a cuff, bolo tie loops, and adjustable rings. These pieces should NOT be adjusted or moved much, slight squeezes are all that is needed. Any metal that is bent back and forth will develop a weak joint over time. If it breaks it is because of 'wear and tear' by you- I apologize but this is not something that I can prevent, only you can. Long story short, wear your beloved jewelry with CARE, always.

Cuff & ring sizing - it is SO important to know your wrist/ring size before purchasing. An accurate fitting piece should be able to both come off and be put on without much movement of the legs. If adjustments are needed it should only be the slightest of squeezing.

Bolo ties - the double loops on the back should only be squeezed tight. DO NOT open the loops to move the ties. Only the slightest adjustment is needed to get the leather tie to slide up/down. If you do adjust, it should not break as the loops are soldered to the piece, but the more you move the loops back and forth you will create a weak spot and could cause them to break over time.
